What this is
The Billing page shows how much of your plan you are using: clients, warehouses, client logins and shipments.
Open it
Go to Settings > Billing. Company admins see this page. The name of your plan is shown beside the page title.
Usage this period
Each line shows your count and, where your plan has one, its limit. Where your plan has no limit for a line, an infinity sign takes the limit's place.
- Clients: the clients you have now. Archived clients are not counted.
- Warehouses: the warehouses you have now.
- Client logins: the logins you have given to your clients.
- Shipments: the shipments in the period you choose.
Clients, warehouses and client logins are always today's numbers. Only Shipments changes with the period.
Choose the period
The page opens on This Month. Click Today, This Week or Last Month, or set the From and To dates yourself.
What counts as a shipment
- Each label you make.
- Each order you mark as shipped by hand, including a local pickup.
- Each return you record.
A label you void, a hand-marked shipment you reverse and a return you void all come off the count.
Plans
The Plans section lists the other plans. If one does not fit your current setup, the page says why, for example that the plan allows one warehouse and you have four. If CanShip manages your plan, the page says so and gives the address to write to when you want to change it: support@canship.co.
Estimated overage
If you are within your plan, this section says so. Any amount shown here is an estimate: final charges appear on your invoice.
