Understanding your dashboard

What this is

The Dashboard is the first screen you land on. It shows where work stands across orders, picking, packing and stock, with shortcuts into the pages where you act on it. This article explains each part.

Fulfillment Pipeline

The bar at the top shows every order still to ship, once, by where it is: for example Unallocated, Allocated, Picked, Packing or Partly Shipped. A stage with no orders is not drawn, and the stages add up to Orders to Fulfill. Click a stage to open those orders.

The four cards

• Orders to Fulfill: every order on the Active tab of the Orders list, with the age of the oldest.
• Orders Being Picked: orders in a pick job that are not picked yet.
• Bins to Pack: totes waiting at the packing station, out of the bins in use.
• Shipped Today: orders shipped today. Under the number is how long ago the last label was bought.

Click a card to open its page. Shipped Today opens the Shipments list on today's parcels.

Orders shipped

Fourteen days of shipping, one bar a day, oldest first. A day with no shipments shows as zero. Hover over a bar to see its orders and parcels. Click a bar to open that day's parcels on the Shipments list. The bar counts orders and the list shows parcels, so an order that went in two boxes is two rows.

Needs Attention

A short triage list, such as orders unallocated. Click a line to open what it counts. When there is nothing to list, it says all clear.

Pick Jobs and Packing Queue

Pick Jobs counts the pick jobs that still hold an order not yet shipped: those in progress, and those complete and waiting to be packed. Click a line to open those jobs. Start Picking begins a job. Packing Queue shows the bins to pack, with Start Packing to open the packing station.

Orders Sitting

Orders that are open or ready, have no label yet, and are more than three days old, in three groups: 3 to 7 days, 7 to 30 days, and over 30 days. A group with no orders is not shown. Orders at an external warehouse and orders waiting on a cancel are left out.

Click a group to open exactly those orders.

Stock Needing Attention

Three counts: products on orders to ship that have no weight, expired lots in stock, and lots expiring within 30 days. The first opens Products showing those products. Each lot line opens the Expiry Report showing only those lots: the expired ones, or the ones expiring within 30 days.

When a number opens a list

The list shows the filter as a chip above it, such as "Sitting 3 to 7 days", "Pipeline: Picked" or "Expired". Click the x on the chip, or Clear filters, to see everything again.

Tip

The client filter in the top bar narrows the whole Dashboard, Orders Sitting included. If you are a 3PL, switch it from All clients to one client to read that brand's work on its own.
