What this is

The Dashboard is the first screen you land on. It is a live read of where work stands across fulfillment and inventory, with shortcuts into the queues that need attention. This article explains each part.

Fulfillment pipeline

The bar at the top splits your in-flight orders by inventory status, Unallocated versus Allocated, so you can see at a glance how much of your demand is backed by stock and how much is waiting.

The four counters

  • Orders to Fulfill: orders waiting to move forward, with the age of the oldest so nothing goes stale.
  • Orders Being Picked: orders currently in a pick job.
  • Bins to Pack: picked bins waiting at packing.
  • Shipped Today: orders that went out today.

Needs Attention

A quick triage list: orders unallocated, orders partially allocated, and SKUs fully committed (every available unit is spoken for). View Orders jumps to the filtered list so you can act on them.

Pick Jobs and Packing Queue

Pick Jobs shows how many are open and waiting to start, with Start Picking to begin. Packing Queue shows bins ready to pack, with Start Packing. Together they are the live state of the floor.

Inventory Summary

The four totals across your catalogue: On Hand, Allocated, On Hold, and Available (on hand minus allocated minus on hold). View Inventory opens the full per-SKU list.

Tip

The All clients filter in the top bar scopes the whole dashboard. If you are a 3PL, switch it to a single client to read that brand's pipeline on its own.
