Checking integration health

What this is

Integration Health is the at-a-glance status of the sync between CanShip and your connected channels: are orders coming in, and are shipments and tracking flowing back out. It lives at Settings > Integrations Health.

The four counters

  • Webhook Pending: inbound events (such as new orders from a channel) waiting to process. A small number that clears on its own is normal.
  • Webhook Errors: inbound events that failed to process and need a look.
  • Fulfillment Pending: shipments waiting to report back to the channel.
  • Fulfillment Failed: shipment updates that did not post back to the channel.

When everything is flowing, the page shows a green "All integrations healthy. No pending or failed items." banner. Use Refresh to re-check.

What to do when a counter is not zero

  • A few pending items usually clear within a minute or two as the queue catches up. Refresh and watch the count fall.
  • Webhook Errors or Fulfillment Failed that stick around mean a channel order did not land, or a tracking number did not post back to the store. Check that the channel connection is still authorized, then contact support if the count does not clear.
